Pick-Ups – Supply Of Two (2) 4X4 Forest Firefighting Vehicles, To Cover The Needs Of The Autonomous Department Of Civil Protection, From The Municipality Of Doridos,. The Subject Of The Awarded Contract Is The Supply Of Two (2) Forest Firefighting Vehicles Of The 4X4 Type, Extended Cabin To Cover The Needs Of The Autonomous Department Of Civil Protection, From The Municipality Of Doridos, Which Will Be Used To Cover The Needs And Actions Of Fire Protection, From The Signing Of The Contract, Which Will Replace Old Technology, Polluting And High-Functioning Vehicles Costs That Will Be Withdrawn, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 4710/2020 Entitled Promotion Of Electric Mobility And Other Provisions (A΄ 142). The Study Concerns The Supply Of Two (2) New Modern 4X4 Semi-Trucks Of The Pick-Up Type With An Extended Cabin With An Open Body And Fire Fighting Equipment Which Will Be Used For The Needs Of The Autonomous Department Of Civil Protection Both During The Fire Fighting Season And During The Winter Season. Especially During The Fire Fighting Season, They Will Contribute To The Improvement Of The Capabilities In Dealing With Fires In The First Critical Hours And Before They Develop Into Natural Disasters, They Will Help Cover The Service Needs Of Natural Disaster Prevention, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection And Strengthening Civil Protection Of The Municipality. The Vehicles Shall Have An Extended Cab, Driver/Passenger Compartment, Of Adequate Dimensions For The Safe Transportation Of At Least 4 Persons And Shall Have One (1) Door On Each Side With Opening Windows. The Vehicle Will Be Able To Safely Transport The Additional Firefighting Equipment In Difficult Areas And In Difficult Weather Conditions.
