The Object Of This Investment Is To Develop/Update The General Urban Plan And To Increase Digital Access To Spatial Planning And Urban Planning Documents. The Current Project Is Carried Out For The Development/Updation Of The Pug Inclusive In Digital Format (Gis) Of The Spatial Planning And Urban Planning Documents, Respectively The Approval Of The General Urban Plan. The Main Stages In The Development Of The Contract: - Stage I - Development Of Substantiation Studies - Stage Ii - Development Of The Integrated Multi-Criteria Diagnostic Analysis, Swot Analysis - Stage Iii - Development Of The Preliminary Form Of The Pug/Rlu Urban Planning Documentation - Stage Iv - Obtaining Approvals/Agreements, Final Drafting Of The Urban Planning Documentation, With The Introduction Of All Observations From The Approvals/Agreements, Approval Hcl - Stage V - Development Of The Final Pug/Rlu Form - Stage Vi - Transposition Of The Pug/Rlu Documentation Into A Gis Compatible Format - Stage Vii - County Council/Local Council Approval Bidders Can Request Clarifications Up To 14 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids. The Authority Will Respond At Least 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Deadline In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline Established For The Submission Of Offers, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) And (2), Art. 161, Combined With The Provisions Of Art. 3 Paragraph (2) Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
