Supporting Services For The Government - Project Sponsorship Digital Applications To Increase Resource Efficiency And The Circular Economy In Companies And Municipal Institutions, For Circular Business Models And Start-Ups In The Circular Economy - Digiress Circular. The Federal Ministry For The Environment, Climate Protection, Nature Conservation And Nuclear Safety (Agin) Intends To Appoint A Project Sponsor For The Period From The Award Of The Contract To December 31, 2029 With The Technical And Administrative Processing Of The Funding Program Digital Applications To Increase Resource Efficiency And The Circular Economy In Companies And Municipal Institutions, For Circular Business Models And Start-Ups In The Circular Economy – Digiress Circular”. Optionally, An Extension Of The Contract For 2030 Will Be Considered If The Budgetary Requirements Are Met. Four Funding Calls Are Planned Per Year. In Addition To These Calls For Funding, The Ag Reserves The Right To Make A Maximum Of 5 Further Calls For Funding For The Entire Term Of The Contract. A Total Of €50 Million Is Expected To Be Available For The Funding Program And The Approval Of Projects In The Financial Years 2026 To 2029. From 2026 Onwards, The Budget Will Be Distributed Between Around €10-12 Million In Expenditure Per Year. It Can Be Assumed That Individual Projects Will Have A Funding Volume Of Between €100,000 And €1,000,000, With The Focus Of The Individual Projects Likely Being In The De Minimis Area. The Service Serves To Support The Bmukn In The Context Of Its Department-Specific Tasks. The Contractor (Contractor) Must Ensure Close Coordination With The Bmukn As The Client (Client) For All Work Steps. A Project Manager Must Be Appointed As A Permanent Contact Person And A Representative For The Entire Term Of The Project Sponsorship. The Contractors Tasks Are To Provide The Client With Technical And Administrative Support In The Implementation Of The Funding Program Digital Applications To Increase Resource Efficiency And The Circular Economy In Companies And Municipal Institutions, For Circular Business Models And Start-Ups In The Circular Economy - Digiress Circular As Well As Additional Support Services That Result Both Directly From The Specific Project Funding And Indirectly With The Funding Related. The Service Period Extends From The Award Of The Contract Until December 31, 2029 (See No. 4). The Contractor Acts Towards Third Parties In The Name And On Behalf Of The Client And Appears To Third Parties In All Respects (E.G. In Correspondence, In Person At Events, On The Internet Presence, Etc.) As The Clients Contractor. It Is Intended To Commission The Commissioning Person As A Trustee In Accordance With Section 44 Paragraph 3 Bho With The Fiduciary Management Of Federal Funds.
