It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Helpdesk Services To Support The Operation Of The Interactive Systems And Equipment Of Robotics And Stem Phase 2. The Project Includes The Organization And Operation Of A Support Office (Helpdesk), Which Will Be Available To All Those Involved In The Project And Especially To The End Users (Schools, Teachers), With The Aim Of Providing Them With Timely And Substantial Support In The Use Of The Interactive System (Hardware And Software) And The Robotics And Stem Equipment During The Educational Process, Both By Telephone And Electronically (Web And Email). The Support Office Will Operate Throughout The Operation Of The Educational Units And Will Provide All Kinds Of Technical Support During The Operation Of The Interactive Systems And The Robotics And Stem Equipment That Will Be Installed And Do Not Relate To The Obligations Of The Contractors In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Guarantee Of Good Operation. Support Will Be Provided In All Issues That May Arise During The Educational Process And Relate To The Infrastructure And Operation Of Interactive Systems And Robotics And Stem Equipment. In Particular, Support Will Include But Is Not Limited To The Provision Of Information About The Operation Of The Software, Hardware And Their Interoperability, Troubleshooting Answers, Content In The Form Of A Frequently Asked Questions - Answers Guide, Help Manual And Troubleshooting Documentation. The Operation Of The Support Line Will Also Be Supported By A Special Website That Will Be Created For This Purpose. The Office Should Record In The Request Management System That It Will Make Available For This Purpose (Ticket Management System), All The Necessary Characteristics Of The Problems/Malfunctions Reported To It. The Support Office Must Have Staff On Hand, With Appropriate Experience, To Ensure The Provision Of Information / Clarifications To Users Of Interactive Systems And Robotics And Stem Equipment. The Office Should Be Available, During Kok. During Non-Kok Periods, The Contractor Should Propose A Procedure To Provide Support In Case Of Need.
