The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 2,200,000.00 (In Words: Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100) In One Tranche: I Tranche - Pln 2,200,000.00 - December 8, 2025, Intended To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Commune For 2025. 1) Loan Period: 11 Years And 1 Month /133 Months/ From Signing The Contract, Including The Period Grace Period For Repayment Of Capital Installments Until March 29, 2027. 2) First Interest Installment - December 29, 2025. 3) First Capital And Interest Installment On March 30, 2027, And The Last One On December 30, 2036. 4) The Loan Will Be Repaid In 40 Quarterly Capital Installments In The Years 2027-2036 In The Following Amounts: - In 2027-2030 (16 Quarterly Installments) Of Pln 25,000.00 Each, - In The Years 2031-2036 (24 Quarterly Installments) Of Pln 75,000.00 Each, Including Decreasing Interest, On The 30Th Day Of The Third Month Of The Quarter, Taking Into Account The Grace Period In The Repayment Of Capital Installments Until March 29, 2027.
