The Subject Of The Present Award Procedure Is The Award Of Specialist Planning Services For Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Sanitary Technology (Hkls) For The New Building Of The Future Workshop Of The Euskirchen Vocational Training Center As The Client. The Euskirchen Vocational Training Center Is A Qualification Institution In The Aachen Economic Area That Is Intended To Support Structural Change In The Region Through Suitable Qualification Measures And To Promote It By Setting Up Model Concepts. The Bze Future Workshop Is Intended To Create An Innovative Educational Location (New Building) For Supplementary Training And Further Education In The Manufacturing Industry, Especially In The Craft Sector. The Gross Floor Area Is Expected To Be Approximately 9,000 M²; The Net Manufacturing Costs (Kg 200 To 700) Are Expected To Be Around Eur 69 Million. Completion Is Scheduled For Fall 2029. As Things Currently Stand, The Funds Required For This Will Be Raised Primarily Through Grants. The Client Intends To Outsource The Specialist Planning Services Required For This. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is Therefore The Award Of Technical Equipment Services - Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary And Building Automation In Accordance With Hoai § 55, System Groups 1-3, 7-8, Service Phases 1-9.
