This Contract Is Made Up Of 4 Main Phases With The Aim Of: - Phase 1: Budgetary Exercise • Analysis Of The Budgetary Exercises Established Internally By The Pa And Those Which Will Be Established By The Programming Office (Designation In Progress); Analysis And Critique Of The Budgets Established For The Different Project Scenarios; • New Budgetary Assessment (High And Low Ranges) Based On Market Prices; • Structuring And Consolidation Of The Budget By Batch; - Phase 2: Preparation Of Financial Tender Documents In The Form Of A Design & Build For The Design And Construction Of The Project; - Phase 3: Support For The Award Of The D&B Market (Analysis Of Offers, Support For Negotiations, Budgetary Analysis Of Bafos, Support For Drafting The Award Report); - Phase 4 (Conditional): Monitoring Of The Execution Of The D&B Contract (Monitoring Of Upstream Studies Until The Introduction Of The Planning Permit And, In Execution Of The Work, Monitoring Of Progress, Analysis Of Accounts And Budget Planning, Analysis Of The Final Ae). A) Monitoring During The Study, Planning Permit And Site Preparation Phases B) Monitoring During The Execution Of The Work And Final Accounting Each Main Phase Is Broken Down Into Sub-Tasks.
