The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: The Delivery, Installation And Complete Equipment Of The Interim Building In Accordance With The Available Planning Documents, The Technical Development Of The Building Including All Necessary Connection Work, The Production Of The Planned Outdoor Facilities According To Planning, The Handover Of The Interim Building In A Ready-To-Use, Functional Condition, The Production And Execution Of The Technical Building Equipment, Including In Particular: A) Wastewater And Water Supply Systems, Some With Decentralized Hot Water Preparation, B) Heating And Cooling Supply Using A Vrf System, C) Fresh Air Supply To The Classrooms Using Decentralized Ventilation Devices, D) Comprehensive Fire Alarm System With Connection To The Local Fire Department, E) Call And Loudspeaker System, F) Voice Alarm System, G) Data Network Technology, H) Kitchen Technology For The Cafeteria Kitchen, Which Is Used As Purely Heat-Keeping Kitchen Is Designed, I) Teaching Kitchens In The Utility Rooms, J) Sun Protection. The Building Must Be Designed And Constructed In Such A Way That, If Necessary, It Can Be Expanded To Include The Necessary Infrastructure For Another Year In A Four-Story Structure. The Plan Is To Conclude A Rental Agreement For The School Building, Which Is To Be Built On The Basis Of An Approved Design, For A Period Of 27 Months With The Option Of Extending It Up To Five Times For A Further Six Months Each Time.
