The Services Will Be Provided By A Specialized And Authorized Economic Operator In The Field Of Geotechnical And Hydrogeological Drilling, In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Detailed In The Technical Sheet - Geological Drilling Services (Rev. 02) And The Specifications, Documents That Are An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation. The Activities Are Part Of The Temporary Research Infrastructure Necessary For The Implementation Of The National Underground Monitoring System Of Natural And Anthropogenic Risks, Developed By The Geological Institute Of Romania (Igr). The Object Of The Contract Consists In The Execution, Equipping, Testing And Documentation Of A Number Of Six (6) Geological And Hydrogeological Investigation And Monitoring Boreholes, Located In The Area Of ​​Slănic City, Prahova County, At The Approximate Coordinates: F1 - 45°1402 N, 25°5614 E; F2 – 45°1353 N, 25°5614 E; F3 – 45°1338 N, 25°5603 E; F4 – 45°1326 N, 25°5600 E; F5 – 45°1357 N, 25°5621 E; F6 – 45°1354 N, 25°5606 E. Locations Can Be Adjusted Within ±10% Of The Initial Coordinates, Depending On The Geotechnical Conditions, Accessibility And Safety In The Field, With The Consent Of The Beneficiary. Estimated Drilling Depths Are Between 40 M And 250 M, And The Total Drilled Length Will Be Approximately 470–810 M. The Work Will Be Performed By Rotary Drilling With Direct Circulation Of Water-Based Mud And Biodegradable Polymers, With Continuous Mechanical Coring. A Minimum Recovery Of 70% For Non-Cohesive Rocks And 90% For Cohesive Rocks Will Be Pursued, Ensuring The Quality And Integrity Of The Geological Samples. The Technical Requirements Include: - Site Organization And Preparation Of Work Platforms; -Drilling With Continuous Recording Of Technical Parameters; - Sampling, Labeling And Storage Of Cores And Geotechnical Samples; - Equipping The Boreholes With Metal Columns And Pvc Type Valrom R16/R10, Filters, Packing Material (Quartz Gravel) And Cementing With A Cement-Bentonite Mixture; - Development And Hydrodynamic Testing Of Boreholes, For A Duration Of 12–24 Hours, With The Measurement Of Flow Rate, Ph, Conductivity, Temperature And Sand Content; - Preparing The Technical-Geological Sheets And The Final Technical-Geological Report; - Complete Ecological Rehabilitation Of The Sites Upon Completion Of The Works.
