Software Package And Information Systems – Framework Agreement Booking Tool. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Procurement Of A Central Booking Tool, Additional Licenses, Services As Well As Maintenance And Support Services. The Booking Tool Must Make It Possible To Reserve Rooms, Workstations And Vehicles For The Client And Their Customers, As Well As To Book Catering And Guest Passes For Visitors To The House. The Services Are Accessed Based On Needs; A Specific Period Cannot Be Specified. There Is No Entitlement To Acceptance Of The Service. The Aim Of The Award Process Is To Procure A Suitable Booking Tool That Covers The Following Functions: - Room Bookings, - Workplace Bookings, - Vehicle Reservations, - Querying Catering Orders And Providing Guest Passes For Visitors. Three Essential Requirements Must Be Met Through This Tender: 1. Provision Of The Software For Room Bookings, Workplace Bookings, Vehicle Reservations, Querying Catering Orders And Guest Passes For Visitors 2. Maintenance Services And Support For The Software 3. Services Such As Training And Support During Commissioning For Administrative And User People. The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And, Unless Previously Terminated, Is Initially Two Years (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By One Year Each Time (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. The Estimated Purchase Volume Over The Term Of Four Years (Including Optional Contract Extension) Is: Eur 3,000,000.00 Net, Eur 3,570,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). There Is No Legal Right To Accept The Estimated Order Volume. There Is No Minimum Purchase Agreed. The Contract Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 3,000,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 3,570,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends When This New Order Value Is Reached. The End Of The Contract Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services In Accordance With The Contract For Orders Placed During The Contract Period.
