Tgr Foundation Has Secured A Development And Ground Lease With Atlanta Public Schools For The Former Capitol View Elementary School Located At 1442 Metropolitan Pkwy Sw, Atlanta, Ga, 30310 (The Property). Tgrf Intends To Turn The 1928 School Building Into The Tgr Learning Lab Atlanta Primarily Through The Transformation Of Its Interior, Rejuvenation Of Its Exterior And Sitework (The Project).The Tgr Learning Lab Atlanta Will Be Comprised Of Learning Spaces As Well As Administrative And Operational Facilities. The Learning Spaces Are Expected To Consist Of Adaptable Classrooms, A Makerspace, A Multi-Room Multimedia Studio, An Auditorium, An Academic Support Area, An Indoor Golf Simulator, A Partitionable Room And A Student Lounge. Administrative Facilities Are Expected To Include A Lobby And Reception Area, A Grab-And-Go Kitchen, Open-Concept Staff Work Areas, Including A Lounge Space, A Print Room, Several Private Offices And A Conference Room.
