On March 19, 2025, The Adt Management Committee Of The Seeland.Biel/Bienne Region Decided To Trigger An Overall Revision Of The Adt Regional Guidance Plan. The Current Situation Of Supply And Disposal Should Be Examined Across The Entire Perimeter Of The Seeland.Biel/Bienne Region. The Overall Revision Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Specifications And Principles Of The Cantonal Sectoral Plan Adt. The Aim Is To Have An Updated Adt Guideline Plan With Which Long-Term Supply And Disposal In The Region (Planning Horizon Of 25 - 30 Years From Approval In 2031) Can Be Ensured. In Order To Close Any Gaps In Coverage, Expansions Of Existing Locations Or New Mining And Landfill Locations Must Be Identified And Determined In A Binding Manner For The Authorities.
