Tenders Are Invited For Outsourcing Of Personnel/Staffs

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Outsourcing of Personnel/Staffs Eligibility of Tenderer: (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/ Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology completed over a period of last five (5) years with a value of at least BDT 01 (one) Crore shall be required. Contract for providing physical Service by supplying manpower (Contract for providing staff outsourcing in a government agency) will be treated as similar nature. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The bidder shall submit documentary evidence issued by the respective procuring entities to verify and authenticate the provision of such services. (3) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lakh over the last 3 years. (4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s)facilities or Unconditional Credit Line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40 (Forty) Lakh only).
