Hiring A Company For Qualified Labor To Provide Continuous Manual And Mechanical Mowing Services, General Services, Such As Constant Monitoring And Inspection, Notifying The Department Of Agriculture About Any Irregular Activities In The Parks. Opening Of Trails, Paths And Roads In The Extensive Use Zone Presenting Good Conditions Of Use Providing Safety To Users, Installation, Maintenance And Cleaning Of Signage Signs, Maintenance Of Fences, Painting, Girdling, Tree Pruning, Cutting Of Invasive Vegetation, Cutting Of Undergrowth, Shrubs And Small Trees Of An Invasive Nature, Removal Of Branches And Fallen Trees, Proper Transportation And Disposal Of Waste, Ditch Cleaning, Providing Assistance To Excursions And Visitors To Environmental Parks, Whenever Requested, Ensuring Their Guidance And Safety. The Contracted Company Must Have Qualified Labor, Follow Current Environmental Legislation, The Management Plan For Parks And Conservation Units And Provide All Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe) Ensuring Its Use By The Worker. Food, Transportation And Any Accidents Involving Workers Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
