The Municipality Of Hirvensalmi (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Unit) Requests Offers For The Services Of Fund Managers As A Contract Valid For An Indefinite Period. It Is A Financial Management Agreement With A Full Power Of Attorney. As Regards Alternative Investments, It May Be A Separate Agreement In Relation To Equity And Interest Investments. The Services Also Include The Custody Of The Portfolios Securities. The Municipality Of Hirvensalmi Has Decided To Tender A Total Of Approx. 8 Million Euros In Equity, Interest And Alternative Investment Wealth, So That In The Future Equity, Interest And Alternative Investment Wealth Will Be Managed By 2 Asset Managers. This Is A Tender To Select Two (2) Asset Managers Who Will Provide Services For The Procurement Unit. The Contract Will Enter Into Force At The Time Agreed Between The Procurement Unit And The Selected Service Provider, No Later Than Six Months From The Deadline For Submitting The Offer. The Contract Is Valid For An Indefinite Period Of Time And It Can Be Terminated By The Procurement Unit Freely Immediately.
