The Agreement Also Includes Closure Of Minor Deviations, Reporting And Any Relevant Additional Services. The Total Includes Approx. 6,000 Apartments In Approx. 150 Properties In The Assignment. It Is A Goal That All Apartments Should Be Checked Approx. Every 5 Years. The Number Of Apartments To Be Checked Per Year Will Vary. Boligbygg Itself Will Prioritize The Order Of The Inspection. Periodic Routines Are Established In Boligbyggs Fdvu System So That The Contractor Has Predictability In Carrying Out The Assignment. The Properties Are Mainly Residential Property, And Some Commercial Properties. The Client Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Supplier.
