The Client Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase Of Pest Control Services For Sandnes Municipality. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Types Of Assignment: Fixed Assignments For Var The Client Wants Fixed Tasks To Be Carried Out For The Municipalitys Unit For Water, Sewage And Pipes (Var). This Involves The Removal Of Rats In The Sewerage System Of The Municipality, Which Is Responsible For Follow-Up. Service Agreements For Construction The Client Wishes To Be Able To Enter Into Service Agreements For The Municipalitys Various Buildings As Required. These Can Both Be Preventive Agreements Against Pests Or Service Agreements Linked To Municipal Commercial Kitchens, And Must Apply Per Building. Individual Assignments And Materials The Client Wants To Be Able To Order Individual Assignments In Addition To The Fixed Assignments. This Can Be Control, Advice, Prevention And Control Of Minor Pests In Municipal Buildings/Properties. For A More Detailed Description, See Chapter 5 Below And Appendix 2 - Requirements Specification. The Client Is Uncertain About The Extent Of The Procurement, But Estimates An Annual Contract Value Of Approx. Nok 400,000 Excluding Vat. This Gives A Total Contract Value (Including Options) Of Nok 1,600,000 Excluding Vat. This Is Only An Estimate And Shall Not Entail Any Obligations For The Client Or Rights For The Supplier. Based On The Estimated Value Of The Contract, The Client Has Indicated The Maximum Contract Value, Cf. Eu Court Of Justice Case C-23/20. The Maximum Contract Value Is 25% Above The Estimated Value. Total Maximum Value Is Nok 2,000,000 Excluding Vat.
