With This Notice Of Intent, The Ministries Security And Service Organization Wishes To Inform The Market That They Intend To Enter Into A Contract With Azolver As For Development And Maintenance Services, As Well As Support For The Existing Logistics System. The Contract Will Be Entered Into Through A Procurement Without Competition. The Purpose Of The Notice Of Intent Is That The Client Wishes To Be Transparent, And To Give The Market The Opportunity To Raise Objections To The Above-Mentioned Conclusion Of The Contract. If The Client Does Not Receive Objections By 27 October 2025 At 12.00, A Contract Will Be Entered Into With Azolver. The Ministries Security And Service Organization Has Assessed That There Is Only One Player In The Market That Offers This Type Of Service, According To The Scope And Needs Applicable To The Ministries Security And Service Organisation. The Conditions For Procurement Without Competition Are Therefore Met, Cf. Foa § 13-4 Letter B No. 2.
