Exploitation Of The Waste Of Caveirac. This Contract Is A Contract For Supplies And Services Aimed At The Operation And Transport Of Waste From The Caveirac Recycling Center: Reception And Control Of Users, Rental And Transport Of Skips, Management Of Waste Storage Platforms, Upkeep, Maintenance Of Installations And Equipment, Regulatory Controls And Periodic Checks Of Installations, Achievement Of Performance Objectives In Terms Of Reuse, Sorting And Recovery Of Waste. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On The Date Set Subsequently In The Service Order For The Start Of Services And Ends After 24 Months. This Contract Is Renewable According To The Following Terms: It Is Renewable Twice. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 12 Months. The Services Covered By The Contract Will Be Settled By Application As Purchase Orders Are Issued And By Application Of The Unit Prices Of The Bpu To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Quantities Indicated In The Dqe Are Only Indicative. Only The Unit Price Is Contractual. This Contract Is Awarded Following An Open Call For Tenders Procedure, In Application Of Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value. The Services Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed. The Start And End Dates Indicated Below Are Therefore Purely Indicative.
