Anti-Virus Software Package – Extension And Extension Of The License Of Eset Protect Anti-Virus Software Or Purchase Of Other Equivalent Anti-Virus Software. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Extend The Functionality Of The Existing Anti-Virus Software And Extend Its License. 2. The Ordering Party Uses Eset Protect On-Prem Antivirus Software (Server) Version 12.1 (12.1.272.0) And Eset Endpoint Antivirus + Eset Server Security, With A License For 700 Units/Positions. The Current License Is Valid Until November 18, 20253. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Expand The Functionalities Of The Software To The Protect Elite Version And Extend The License Period By A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Expiry Of The Current License And Increase The Volume To 800 Units/Positions. 4. The Contractor Will Provide Support In The Implementation Of The Software, Which Will Be Implemented Remotely Or Stationary, In Accordance With The Arrangements Between The Parties. Software Implementation Support Should Be Understood As Assistance In Carrying Out All Activities Necessary For The Proper Launch, Configuration And Operation Of The Software In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Order. 5. The Contractor Will Also Provide Post-Implementation Assistance Of At Least 20 Clock Hours, Which Will Be Carried Out Remotely Or Stationary, As Agreed By The Parties. By Post-Implementation Assistance, The Ordering Party Understands Consultations And Technical Assistance In The Field Of Reconfiguration, Modernization, Optimization And Adaptation Of Modules, Rules, Policies And Tasks. This Assistance Also Includes Advice On Best Operating Practices And Assistance In Solving Any Problems That May Arise While Using The System. Support Time Will Be Recorded In Real Terms (With An Accuracy Of 15 Minutes). Support Will Be Provided For A Period Of 60 Days From The Date Of Validity Of The New Licenses, I.E. November 19, 2025. 6. Additionally, As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff (10 People) To The Extent Necessary To Present The Operation Of Software Functionalities Resulting From Extending The Version Or Offering A New Anti-Virus Program, As Well As Providing Implementation Support (Minimum 20 Hours). 7. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Software That Meets The Equivalence Criteria Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz). If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Ordering Partys Software Must Be Migrated To The Offered Solution, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff For A Minimum Of 3 Business Days For 10 People. 8. The Software And Licenses Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel Intended For The European Union, And The Ordering Partys Use Of The Delivered Product Cannot Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties.
