Note: Plot No. 349/3, Łopuszno District, Łopuszno Commune, Included/Mentioned In The Geological Works Project, Was Divided Into Plots 349/4 And 349/5, Łopuszno District, Łopuszno Commune. The Preliminary Coordinates (Located On Plot No. 349/4, Łopuszno District) Of The Planned Łopuszno Gt-1 Well In The Puwg 2000 System Are As Follows: Łopuszno, Or 349/5 Łopuszno District, Łopuszno Commune, For Example In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Uninvented Underground Infrastructure Or In Connection With The Plant Operation Requirements. The Detailed Location Of The Łopuszno Gt-1 Well Must Be Geodetically Marked Out In The Field Before Drilling Works Begin. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Geotechnical Tests Of The Land Intended For The Investment. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Map With Underground Utilities. The Basic Map Valid As Of September 2022 Is An Annex To The Geological Works Project. Scope Of Work To Be Performed In The Łopuszno Gt-1 Well. The Framework Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Under The Subject Order Is As Follows:1) Preparatory Work, Including: Preparation Of The Drilling Site, Construction Of Technological And Access Roads, Installation Of Drilling Equipment, Construction Of Discharge Pipelines, Preparation Of The Discharge Tank.2) Construction Of The Łopuszno Exploration And Appraisal Well. Gt-1, Including: Drilling To A Depth Of 1,620 M (+/-10%), Filtering The Captured Aquifer - In Accordance With The Geological Works Project.3) Hydrogeological Research, Including Continuous, Automatic Measurements Of Basic Operational Parameters: Thermal Water Efficiency, Thermal Water Temperature, Water Table Level (Pressure Probe) Or Pressure On Head (In The Case Of Self-Flow), External Temperature, Atmospheric Pressure - In Accordance With The Geological Works Design. 4) Geophysical Research, Including: Performing Sectional Geophysical Measurements Before Each Casing Of The Walls Of The Łopuszno Gt-1 Borehole, Geophysical Measurements Before And After Filtering, Including Temperature Profiling In Quasi-Steady Conditions - In Accordance With The Geological Works Design. 5) Dismantling Of Drilling Equipment, Land Reclamation, Demobilization, Disposal Waste.4.
