Radzymińska 61 In Warsaw Into 4 External Passenger Elevators Consisting Of The Construction Of Elevator Shafts, Reinforced Concrete Shafts And Installation Of Lifting Equipment, Together With The Reconstruction Of Holes In The External Walls Of The Building And The Renovation Of Staircases; Land Development; Commissioning And Commissioning Of Lifting Devices, Submitting An Application And Obtaining A Decision Of The District Construction Supervision Inspector On The Permit To Use Lifting Devices Or A Certificate That This Authority Did Not Raise Any Objections To The Submitted Notice Of Completion Of Construction Works, Located On Plots No. 8, 17, 110 From The Area 4-14-01 In Warsaw. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Scope And The Method Of Implementation Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Together With The Documents Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E.: Design Documentation Specified In Detail In Chapter Xviii Section 6 Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Appendices No. 6 To No. 24), With The Reservation That The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes No. 23 Constitute Auxiliary Material And Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With Appendices - Annex No. 25 To The Contract Specifications.
