Tenders Are Invited For Providing Waste Collection And Management Services From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Pszów

1. Scope And Conditions Of Order Implementation: 1) Estimated Mass Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed During The Order Execution Period: 1,077.52 Mg, 2) Maintenance And Operation Of Pszok And Equipment With Containers Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party, 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Waste From Pszok Each Time Based On Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, Sent To The E-Mail Address (Indicated By The Contractor) Specifying The Number And Type Of Containers Or The Estimated Amount Of Waste Planned For Collection,4) The Collection Of Waste Covered By The Order Should Take Place No Later Than The Next Business Day After The Date Of Submission Of The Order By The Ordering Party,5) During The Collection, The Contractor Should Place Empty Containers At The Place Of The Containers With Collected Waste Located At The Ramp,6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Keeping Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, I.E. Keeping Current Quantitative And Qualitative Records Of Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, B) Submitting Monthly Reports To The Ordering Party In Electronic Form Within 10 Days From The End Of A Given Month, C) Presenting To The Ordering Party By January 10, 2027 In The Form Of A Report And The Previous Calendar Year Of Information Necessary To Prepare The Report Referred To In Art. 9Q Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Handle Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Management Principles Specified In The Waste Act, The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provincial Waste Management Plan And Environmental Protection Requirements, I.E. Transferring Waste Collected From Pszok To Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Procedures Waste Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Waste Act.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Specification Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Together With The Annexes, Including In Particular Annex No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 Entitled Designed Contractual Provisions.
