The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Residential Part Of A Single-Family Building, Leśniczówka Lipki Wielkie, Together With The Replacement Of A Solid Fuel Boiler And The Modernization Of The Boiler Room And Central Heating Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Consisting Of: 1) Construction And Executive Design - Constituting Annex No. 1A To Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Works - Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz;3) Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 1C To The Swz. Other Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Provided By Its Own Efforts.2) Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Must Comply With Polish Standards, Have Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction. All Materials Used Must Be Offered In The First Grade.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Costs Related To The Maintenance Of The Facilities And The Construction Site As Well As The Disposal And Removal Of Waste Generated During The Work.4) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Declare An Extension Of This Deadline, Which Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers, Described In Detail In The Tor. The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Defects Is Extended To A Period Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee Granted.
