The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Sale And Delivery Of Spare Parts (Hereinafter Referred To As Spare Parts) For Dental Equipment Used By The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As Dental Equipment), Along With The Service Of Ongoing Repair Of Dental Equipment, As Needed In This Regard Reported By The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Which Is Also An Annex To The Contract). This Description Should Be Analyzed Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries.3. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Without Additional Fees, To: 3.1. If The Repair Of Dental Equipment Will Be Performed By The Ordering Party On Its Own: 3.1.1. Successive Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Brand New Spare Parts For The Repair Of Dental Equipment, The List Of Which Is In Table No. 2 Of Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Within A Period Not Exceeding 20 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order For Their Delivery From The Ordering Party. The Time For Delivery Of Spare Parts May Be Extended If It Is Necessary To Order Them From The Manufacturer, On The Terms Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz;3.1.2. Bringing In And Unloading Spare Parts In The Room (Room 07C) At The Ordering Partys Headquarters;3.2. If The Repair Of Dental Equipment Is Commissioned To The Contractor - Successive Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Brand New Spare Parts For Dental Equipment (If In A Given Case The Repair Will Require The Use Of Spare Parts) And Repair Of Dental Equipment, The Said Repair: 3.2.1. Will Include Devices Indicated In Table No. 1 Of Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 3.2.2. Will Cover All Defects And Failures Of Dental Equipment And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standard Of The Dental Equipment Manufacturer, Using The Contractors Own Tools;3.2.3. Will Be Performed In Each Case Only At The Express Request Of The Ordering Party, And Before Commencing A Given Repair, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Ordering Party With A Repair Cost Estimate, Including At Least The Scope And Expected Time Of The Repair As Well As Labor Costs And Costs Of Purchasing Spare Parts, Determined On The Basis Of The Prices Included In The Contractors Offer, And The Contractor Cannot Commence The Repair Without Obtaining The Written Acceptance Of The Cost Estimate From The Ordering Party. Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises, Unless It Is Technically Impossible In A Given Case - Then The Contractor Is Obliged, On Its Own And Without Additional Fees, To Transport And Repair The Dental Equipment Or Its Element At Its Premises, And Then To Transport It Back To The Ordering Partys Premises And To Bring It And Connect It In The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party;3.2.5.
