The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply - Retrofitting Of Feeding Points With Porcelain, Cutlery And Small Catering Equipment In The Facilities Of The Mewa Spa Sanatorium, The Muszelka Spa Sanatorium And The Perła Bałtyku Spa Sanatorium In Kołobrzeg, In Accordance With Annex No. 1. 2. A Detailed Description Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To This Specifications.3. The Supplied Equipment Should Be Brand New And Equipped With Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, And Should Meet The Technical And Operational Parameters Described In The Product Specifications Included In Annex 1 To This Specification. Each Device Should Be Accompanied By An Operating Manual In Polish And A Warranty Card.4. The Delivery Includes The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment By The Contractors Transport To The Place Of Destination, Installation Of The Devices At The Workplace, Connecting The Devices To Appropriate Networks And Their Commissioning, As Well As Conducting Two Training Sessions For The Staff Employed In Two Shifts Operating The Devices.5. Delivery Of Tableware Whose Design And Stylistic Line Is Consistent With The Assortment Currently Used At The Ordering Partys Nutrition Points.6. The Delivered Porcelain And Equipment In Contact With Food Must Have A Current Certificate Or Declaration Of Conformity Confirming Approval For Contact With Food.
