Purchase And Delivery Of Laboratory Furniture For The Faculty Of Chemistry And Pharmacy1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As To Install It, Including Hanging It On The Walls, Connecting It To The Infrastructure (Water And Sewage) Of The Ordering Party, As Well As To Perform All Activities Aimed At Commissioning The Ordering Party May Use Complete And Fully Functional Furniture Within The Period Specified In Point. 4. If It Is Required To Provide Additional Materials, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Operation Control Of The Delivered Furniture For The Delivered Furniture, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.4. The Contractor Provides A Twenty-Four [24] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.5. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 4 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract, But No Longer Than Forty-Eight [48] Months.6. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is Fifty-Six [56] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.7. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 6 Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, But Not Shorter Than Forty-Two [42] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
