The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Currently Used Luminaires With Discharge Light Sources For Luminaires With Led Sources, Replacement Of The Necessary Part Of The Infrastructure Supplying The Lighting System Of The Tarnów Opolski Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of 724 Existing Fixtures (Including 95 Owned By The Commune And 629 Owned By Tauron Nowe Technologie S.A.), 2) Replacement/Installation Of Wires For Lighting Fixtures - 646 Pcs., 3) Replacement Of The Complete Fuse Box - 646 Pcs., 4) Measurements Of The Insulation Resistance Of The Electrical Installation, Checking Automatic Power Off - 724 Pcs., 5) Delivery Of Dedicated Geolocation Software Enabling An Inventory And Ongoing Management And Monitoring Of The Condition Of The Lighting Infrastructure, 6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Containing A Report On The Level Of Compliance Of Lighting With Applicable Regulations And Standards And Recommendations For The Ordering Party Regarding Adapting The Lighting To Applicable Standards And Regulations,7) Other Works Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Swz. In Addition: A) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use New Led Lighting Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Use In The European Union. B) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Analyses, Tests, Etc. Necessary To Complete The Task, Including Updating The Technical Documentation By Detailed Determination Of The Types And Power Of Luminaires On Each Modernized Pole In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And Agreement On The Technical Documentation (Execution Design) After Updating With Tauron Nowe Technologie S.A.C) Modernization Works May Be Performed By Employees With Appropriate Executive Authorizations In Accordance With The Conditions Imposed By Tauron Nowe Technologie S.A. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz Provisions With Attachments And A Template Contracts.
