1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Together With An Urban Analysis In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 R. W On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589). The Contractor Undertakes To: 1.1. Prepare An Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of The Development And Land Development In The Scope Of The Conditions Referred To In Art. 61 Section 1-5 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, For The Requirements Regarding New Development And Land Development In Text And Graphic Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Urban Planning Analysis Include: In Text Form, A Tabular List Of Parameters Of The Plots And Buildings Covered By The Analysis That Were Included In The Analysis And, In Graphic Form, An Indication Of The Properties Included In The Analysis. 1.2. Preparation Of An Analysis Of The Actual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented. 1.3. Conducting An Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development Covered By The Application, Resulting From Specific Provisions, Including The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Environmental Protection Law, Water Law, Etc. 1.4. Determining The Parameters And Features Of Shaping New Development, Including The Dimensions And Architectural Form Of Buildings, Development Lines, Intensity Of Land Use. 1.5. Preparing Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Based On O The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And The Implementing Provisions Thereof. 1.6. Preparation Of The Results Of The Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of Buildings And Land Development, Which Will Include A Text And Graphic Part Constituting An Annex To The Decision On Development Conditions. 1. Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments Based On The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, And With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act.1.8.Correcting Draft Decisions That Will Require Changes After Consultation With The Competent Authorities - As Part Of The Same Order.2.
