The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Equipment To Prepare And Secure The Civil Protection And Civil Defense System In The Pcim Commune As Part Of The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The System Of Financing Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks Arising From The Act Of December 5 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907). The Equipment Will Be Used In Rescue Operations, Organization Of Places Of Temporary Accommodation, Logistical Support For Injured People, Evacuation Of The Population, Medical Support And Organization Of Places Of Temporary Accommodation. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of An Assortment In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annexes No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet Safety And Health Protection Requirements And Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product.
