Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Playground And Reconstruction Of Park Lighting

1. The Construction Project In Question Involves The Expansion Of The Playground Along With The Reconstruction Of The Park Lighting At Ul. Gen. W. Sikorski In Nowy Dwór Gdański, Nowy Dwór Gdański Commune, Plots No. 445/1, 445/2 And 446. General Location Characteristics: The Proposed Investment Is Located In The Vicinity Of The Building Of The Żuławy Cultural Center And The District Office In Nowy Dwór Gdański. The Area Includes A Landscaped Green Area. In The Northern Part There Is An Existing Playground With A Safe Sand Surface. In The Center Of The Park There Is A Central Circular Square With Existing Seats And Pergolas. On The South Side, The Area Is Undeveloped And There Is A Lawn. In The Wooded Part Of The Park There Is A Large Wooden Gazebo. The Entire Area Is Equipped With Small Architecture Elements, Including Greenery In The Form Of Tall Trees And Low Shrubs. Most Of The Park Is Covered With Lawn. The Investment Area Is Not Fenced And Lit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Construction Works By The End Of 2025. With A Value Of Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Construction Works:• Preparation And Protection Of The Area,• Execution Of Demolition Works: Dismantling Of Playground Equipment, Dismantling Of Small Architecture, Demolition Of The Existing Concrete Pavement, Dismantling Of The Existing Wooden Pergola, Dismantling Of The Existing Gazebo And Leveling The Area, Demolition Existing Lighting Installation, Disassembly Of Poles And Fixtures, • Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, • Construction Of Epdm Surfaces, • Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture, • Construction Of A Concrete Paving Surface, • Construction Of Flower Beds With Decorated Greenery, • Construction Of Electrical Installation Of Park Lighting And Monitoring, • Finishing Works And Tidying Up The Area. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Documentation Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities As Supporting Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer As An Information Document That He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Documentation, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, To Obtain The Final Effect Specified By The Subject Of The Order, And Therefore Perform The Task Regardless Of Any Difficulties And Unforeseen Circumstances That May Occur During Implementation.3. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents To Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor To The Date Of The Protocol Handover Of The Construction Site (Final Acceptance
