Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Zaniemyśl Commune And Entities Listed In The Swz, For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), I.E. The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Along With The Distribution Service To Gas Consumption Points (Ppg) Of The Ordering Party. The Demand For Gas Fuel In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Is: For Eligible Customers Settled According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office: 2,600,248 Kwh (Basic Order), For Unauthorized Customers Settled According To Competitive Market Prices: 357,568 Kwh (Basic Order). 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Reception Points Listed In Annexes No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator. 3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel Up To +/- 10% Of The Basic Order. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Will Be Increased On An Option Basis. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2, 2A To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4.4. In The Event That The Ordering Party Is/Are An Entity Entitled To Settlements According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, This Procedure Is Accompanied By Declarations Signed By The Ordering Party From The Gas Fuel Recipient On The Intended Use Of The Gas Fuel, According To Template Constituting An Attachment To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of January 28, 2022. A Given Ppg May Be Partially Or Fully Settled According To The Prices From The Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office - The Information Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Settlement Of The Distribution Service And Purchase Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Based On The Principles Set Out In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Distribution And Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. Declarations Of The Entity Authorized To Settle According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Constitute Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. Number Of Contracts And The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel That The Ordering Party Will Conclude With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure: 6 - According To The Recipients.
