1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of The Road Network In The Nowa Sól District With A Total Length Of Approximately 200.00 Km In The Winter Season 2025/2026. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Constant Readiness To Carry Out Winter Road Maintenance (Clearing Snow And Removing Slipperiness) From November 15, 2025 To April 15, 2026. The Order Is Divided Into 3 Tasks: Task I – Includes The Maintenance Of Some Roads In The District And The Quantity And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Task Ii - Includes The Maintenance Of Some Roads In The County And The Quantity And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Task Iii - Includes The Maintenance Of Some Roads In The County And The Quantity And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Task Iv - Includes The Maintenance Of Some Roads In The County And The Quantity And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2. The Condition For Starting The Task Is To Receive Notification From The Ordering Party (By Phone Or E-Mail) About The Commencement Of The Winter Road Maintenance Campaign. Before Starting The Winter Road Maintenance Tasks, The Ordering Party Will Establish Vehicle Routes With The Contractor.3. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Tasks. 4. The Contractor Consents To The Installation Of Devices Monitoring (Gps) The Operation Of Winter Road Maintenance Equipment. The Costs Related To The Purchase And Installation Of Monitoring Equipment Are Borne By The Ordering Party.
