The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Handing Over To The Ordering Party Together With As-Built Documentation For Use Of Modernized Facilities Under Part I - Modernization Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With The Construction Of An Outdoor Gym And A Long Jump Jump At The 1St Secondary School In Zduńska Wola In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Provided By The Ordering Party (Together With The Ordering Partys Additional Requirements Regarding Pfu) And The Design Documentation Developed On Its Basis By The Contractor, Verified By The Ordering Party For Compliance With The Pfu, Applicable Legal Provisions And Documents Referred To By The Pfu. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order In Chapter Iv. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
