Failure, Omission Or Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Basis For Calculating Contractual Penalties. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Scope Of Snow Removal In Places Where There Are Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths With A Surface Bitumen Directly Adjacent To The Road. - The Place Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Service (The Contractors Point Of Departure) Cannot Be Further Than 25 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. - If The Specified Number Of Hours Is Reduced Than Those Specified In The Price Form, The Amount Of Remuneration For A Given Part May Be Reduced, And The Contractor May Demand Due Remuneration Only For The Part Of The Contract Performed, Without Charging Any Penalties. - The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Had The Following Equipment: Carrier With Sand Spreader And Plow - 1 Piece, Carrier With Sand Spreader And Sidewalk Plow (Tractor) - 1 Piece, Loader - 1 Piece.
