The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Lelkowo Commune Along With An Environmental Impact Forecast And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation Of Documentation. Area Covered By The Plan: Approximately 197 Km2, Located In Rural Areas. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Lelkowo Commune Along With A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Active Participation In Activities Related To The Adoption Of The General Plan.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 5 To Swz.3. All Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
