4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Squares And Parking Lots In The Suszec Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026, Hereinafter Referred To As The Order. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Specified Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: In Point 4.4 Swz, Point 7.2.4) Subsection 1) Swz And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares, Together With Applicable Standards In This Regard, As Well As Implementing Regulations. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Squares And Parking Lots In The Suszec Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026 For The Period: From Signing The Contract To March 31, 2026, In 10 Separate Areas And Streets, Squares Or Sidewalks Assigned To Them, Specified In Annexes No. 9-18 E) Attached To This Swz, Graphically And With The Separation Of Street Names Belonging To A Given Region. Each Of The Separated Areas Constitutes A Separate Part Of The Contract - Task. This Part Concerns: Area 1 (Task 1) - Suszec I - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Point. 4 Swz
