Part Of Order No. 1: Installation Of Machine Tool Removal In The Machine Hall1. As Part Of Order Part No. 1 - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform, Deliver And Install A Machine Tool Removal Installation In The Machine Hall Of The Carpentry Workshop At The Construction And Wood School Complex In Żywiec. Three Machine Tools Will Operate In The Installation At The Same Time, Therefore It Must Be Equipped With A Fan With A Capacity Of Up To 8000 M3/H.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of Part Of The Order No. 1 Is Specified In Annex No. 4A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 3. Equivalence Clause: 1) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Allows For Equivalent Solutions For Supplies, Works, Materials And Systems That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documents. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Indicated In The Procurement Documents Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Procurement. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, But With Technical And Quality Parameters As Well As Performance And Functional Properties. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Solutions Used Will Allow To Achieve All Technical Assumptions For The Investment Task In Question, Taking Into Account The Entire Investment, And Not A Selected Fragment Of The Whole. The Burden Of Proving That The Material Or Device Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. If The Materials And/Or Equipment Offered By The Contractor As Equivalent Are Not Equivalent In The Light Of The Documents Submitted By The Contractor, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Corresponding To The Content Of The Swz. In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order Using Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
