1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Agricultural Tractor 100-120 Hp (4 Tons). 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Tractor At His Own Expense To The Sports And Recreation Center In Sokółka Sp. Z O. O. 16-100 Sokółka Ul. Mariańska 31 Using A Car Transporter Or Tow Truck, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. 8.00 A.M. - 2.00 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday. The Tractor Must Be Delivered With All Documents Necessary For Registration By The Ordering Party. Transport Costs, Including The Costs Of Vehicle Insurance During Transport, Are Borne By The Contractor. At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Vehicle Will Be Filled With The Appropriate Fuel In An Amount Of Not Less Than 20 Liters And Will Have Full Operational Tanks. Along With Handing Over The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) A Full Set Of Keys And Remote Controls In The Quantity Consistent With The Offer; 2) The Vehicles Operating Manual In Polish (Electronic Form Acceptable), 3) Warranty Book With Detailed Warranty And Service Conditions (Electronic Form Acceptable), 4) Service Inspection Book (Electronic Form Acceptable), 5) Approval Certificate, 6) List Vehicle Accessories And Equipment,7) All Documents Required By Law, Necessary For Insurance And Registration Of The Vehicle.3. The Tractor Must Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense Before Delivery.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract. The Minimum Quality Guarantee Period Is 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Extends The Warranty Period To The Warranty Period. Warranty Period: Counted From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Protocol, Not Shorter Than 36 Months. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Provides Free Technical Support, Understood As Guaranteed Assistance Of Devices Provided To The User By The Manufacturer When Purchasing Them.5.
