If The Documentation Constituting The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101, Section 1, Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product3. All Products Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units. 4. Immediately After Receipt Of The Goods, Confirmation Of The Compliance Of The Ordered Assortment With The Placed Order Will Be Made In The Form By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail.
