Education And Training Services – Implementation Of Plastic Arts Workshops Franchomme Cultural Space In Hem. As Part Of Its Cultural Policy, The Municipality Of Hem Opened A Municipal Plastic Arts School In 1999 At The Espace Culturel Franchomme. The Citys Culture Department Is In Charge Of Organizing Plastic Arts Workshops Open To Children Aged 3 And Over. These Workshops Take Place Outside Of School Hours. They Are Implemented By Professional Artistic Workers Whose Skills Are Proven Both In Their Artistic Field But Also In Terms Of Action Aimed At Young People.
