In Order To Improve The Foundation Situation Of The Existing Building, Small Bored Piles Are Being Carried Out Inside The Building In The Following Sub-Areas: Area In Axes (1-4) (Silo Sub-Building): · Small Bored Pile Boreholes D = ³ 150Mm, 23 Pieces · Gewi Piles D=50-63.5Mm, Inclination 0 - 20°, 23 Pieces · After Demolition Work Has Been Carried Out On Site, Room Height: Unlimited · As Part Of The Demolition And Securing Work Starting In October, The Entire Ceiling And Supporting Structures Will Be Dismantled, So That Only The Outer Walls Remain, Which Are Additionally Secured. The Safety Measures Are Located On The Upper Floors, So That The Safety Measures Have No Impact On The Execution Of The Small Bored Piles. The Entire Silo Structure Is Therefore Available For The Execution Of The Small Bored Piles Without Ceiling Restrictions. The Existing Floor Slab And Part Of The Existing Floor Will Also Be Dismantled Via The Dismantling Trade In Preparation For The Upcoming Work On Small Bored Piles. The Work Will Be Carried Out By The Dismantling Work And Will Be Completed By February/March 2026 At The Latest. Area In Axes (4-10) (Mill Sub-Building): Small Bored Pile Drilling D=³ 150Mm, 46 Pieces Gewi Piles D=50-63.5Mm, Inclination 0 - 20°, 46 Pieces To Be Provided By The Customer Demolition Work, Existing Room Height: Limited (Between Ceiling Beams), 3.25M (Lower Edge Of Ceiling Beams), 3.00 (Lower Edge Of Beam) In Addition To The New Static Securing Of The Existing Structures, Ceiling Coverings On The Upper Floors As Well As The Floor Structure Including Floor Slab On The Ground Floor Will Be Dismantled. Area In Axes (10-13) (Villa Sub-Building): Small Bored Pile Drilling D=³ 150Mm, 25 Pieces Gewi Piles D=50-63.5Mm, Inclination 0°, 25 Pieces Existing Room Height After Demolition Work Carried Out On Site: Max. 2.50M Monument! Work In Listed Buildings Must Be Reduced To The Bare Minimum. Demolition Work Only Takes Place There To The Extent Necessary. The Base Slab And Part Of The Soil Are Dismantled As Preliminary Work For The Production Of The Small Bored Piles Via The Dismantling Work Sector. Further Openings/Widening Of Door Openings Are Not Planned. Access To The Property Is Via A New Opening In The Mill/Villa Dividing Wall Created On Site.
