The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 10 (In Words: Ten) Pieces (With An Option Of A Maximum Of Another 10 Pieces) Of Brand New Electric Multiple Units For Servicing Electrified Routes, Together With: Provision Of Technical Instructions In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance Of Vehicles To Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party; Preparation And Submission Of Technical Documentation; Granting Licenses For Technical Documentation And Software; Delivery Of Components And Equipment Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Agreement - Repair Package; Granting A Warranty And Extended Warranty For The Delivered Vehicles, Technical Documentation, Software And The Repair Package. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, For Additional Vehicles, But Not More Than 10 Vehicles. The Option Right May Be Divided Into Parts Until The Total Pool Of Vehicles Under The Option Right Is Exhausted.
