The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Adaptation Of The Building Of The Former Railway Station Into The Seat Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Olsztynek.2. Above The Investment Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027, Priority Axis 11 Tourism And Culture, Measure 11.01 Cultural Infrastructure, Project No. Fewm.11.01-Iz.00-0017/24 - Project Titled Adaptation And Furnishing Of Rooms Of The Former Railway Station Into The Seat Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Olsztynek.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In Some Of The Rooms Included In The Development Of The Railway Station In Olsztynek, Ultimately Aimed At Changing The Function Of The Building, I.E. Transforming The Premises Of The Former Railway Station Into The Seat Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Olsztynek. The Order Covers The Second Stage Of Construction Works Regarding The Railway Station Building In Olsztynek, It Concerns Construction Works That Were Not Completed As Part Of The First Stage Of Works (Conducted Under Co-Financing From The Culture Promotion Fund).4. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out Under This Order Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And In The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 4A, 4B, 5, 6 Of The Swz, Which Contains Basic Information On The Area Of ​​The Rooms Planned For Adaptation, The Location Of Existing Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Along With Guidelines For The Works. Finishing Works In The Building. Information Contained In The Above-Mentioned Annexes, Constitute Part Of The Design Documentation Based On Which Pkp S.A.
