The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With All Necessary Arrangements And Obtaining Administrative Decisions, If Necessary, And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Located In Sulęcin At Ul. Stefana Batory No. 4, Registry No. Gr. 274/11 District No. 48 - Sulęcin. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Two Stages: A) Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation Divided Into Stages Ia And Ib, B) Stage Ii - Implementation Of The Investment Task - Construction Works. Within The Individual Stages, The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Stage I (Preparation Of Design Documentation) A) Stage Ia - Preparation And Submission Of The Design Concept, Taking Into Account The Employers Guidelines, Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Fup) And In The Building Renovation Audit, And Taking Into Account The Front Elevation Renovation Project, Which Are Elements Of The Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Concept Should Be Presented In A Graphic And Descriptive Version. The Concept Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party. The Approved Concept Constitutes The Basis For The Implementation Of Stage Ib Of The Subject Of The Contract. B) Stage Ib - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Except For The Front Elevation Design, Which Is An Annex To This Procedure), The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Ffu And Meeting The Requirements Of The Renovation Audit (I.E. Construction Design And Detailed Design Taking Into Account All Industries, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates In All Industries, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Other Necessary Documents, Including Administrative Decisions As Well As Arrangements And Studies Necessary To Implement The Intention), Obtaining A Certificate On Their Basis That There Are No Grounds To Object To The Application. The Confirmation Of The Lack Of Physical Or Legal Defects In The Submitted Design Documentation Will Be The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 8 Of The Contract Template.2) Stage Ii (Implementation Of The Investment Task - Construction Works) - Implementation Of The Investment Task On The Basis Of The Approved Documentation Prepared In Stage I And Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of This Task. Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Understood As The Performance Of All Works And Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract.
