The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of Work And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Bridge On The Świder River Located On The Border Of Józefów And Otwock. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor, In Particular: 3.1 Will Perform All Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Design Documentation: Design For The Renovation Of The Pedestrian Bridge On The Świder River At Km 4+650 3.2 Will Prepare As-Built Documentation; 3.3 Will Perform The Necessary Accompanying Works And Formal And Legal Activities Enabling The Commissioning Of The Completed Works; 3.4 Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation And Those Created For The Purposes Of The Execution Of The Order; 3.5 Will Provide A Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order; 3.6 Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Works Performed And All Elements Delivered Under The Order, In Particular: Documentation, Devices, Systems, Equipment And Installations, Accompanying Infrastructure.4. Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Bridge Over The Świder River Is Part Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Of Public Roads - Which Connects Ul. Turystyczna In Otwock And Ul. Wawerska (Wschodni) In Józefów. The Existing Method Of Land Development Has Been Formally Sanctioned By Marking Out A Pedestrian And Bicycle Trail In The Świder Reserve - Resolution Of The Director Of Rdoś (The Document Is Part Of The Design Documentation).
