The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Documentation For The Task Of Adaptation Of The Historic Structures Of Shaft I Of The Former Saturn Mine In Czeladź. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Part Of The Project Saturn Mine - A Space Of New Opportunities - Stage 2 And, As An Option, Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment On The Task. The Scope Of The Task - Construction Works To Be Designed - Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Stage 1. Development Of The Concept Along With Visualization. Stage 2. Development Of Documentation Including: • Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes • Development Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Future Procurement Procedure Consisting Of Design Documentation And Stwiorb (Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works). • Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate For Construction Works. • Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit For Future Construction Work. Stage 3. Consulting And Support At The Stage Of The Proceedings For Construction Works. Stage 4. (Option Right) Exercising Authors Supervision - Authors Supervision May Be Delegated To The Contractor Under The Option Right. Supervision Will Be Performed During The Implementation Of Construction Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Designed Contractual Provisions).
