The Facility Is Located Next To The Existing Administrative Building Of The Commune Office. A) The Task Should Include Renovation Of Some Storage Rooms In The Scope Of: - Strengthening And Partial Replacement Of Wooden Elements Of The Supporting Structure Of The Facility, - Replacement With New Board Siding, - Impregnation Of Wooden Elements With Chemical Preparations Protecting Against Technical Insects And Fire Protection, - Replacement Of Roof Formwork And Construction Of A New One Roofing Felt With Sheet Metal Flashings, - Replacement Of Damaged Board Doors With New Ones, - Repair Of Concrete Floors And Foundations, - Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Led Fixtures And Lighting Equipment In Warehouse Rooms. A New Division Of Rooms Was Made, New Concrete Floors, New Openings For Garage Doors, The Roof Covering Was Replaced With Tile-Like Sheets, And A New Electrical Installation Was Made. The Facility Is Unheated. Currently, Part Of The Facility Includes Renovated Storage Rooms On The Ground Floor Used By The Bytnica Commune, The Attic Is Unused.
