4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The State Fire Service Building In Strzelce Małe As Part Of The Program Replacement Of Heat Sources And Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of Schools For Plot No. 649.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 4.2.1. Basic Scope: 1) Demolition And Construction Of A New Protective Band Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Concrete Edge; 2) Disassembly Of Existing Window Sills, Gutters, Downpipes, Sheet Metal Flashings And Lightning Protection Installation; 3) Dismantling Of External Window And Door Joinery (Including The Second Door In The Vestibules); 4) Chipping And Filling Of Hollow Plasters External.5) Dismantling Of Steel Elements Located On The Facades Of The Building.6) Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Basements Below The Ground.7) Insulation Of External Walls And Basement Walls Above The Ground.8) Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The Entire Building After Removing The Old Insulation Along With Performing The Necessary Accompanying Works;9) Installation Of New Windows And External Doors, New Window Sills And Sheet Metal Flashings Made Of Coated Sheet Metal In A Color Harmonizing With The Façade.10) Execution Of Thin-Layer Façade Cladding Made Of Silicate Plaster11) Installation Of New Gutters And Downpipes Made Of Steel Sheet.12) Carrying Out Internal Modernization Works: A) Replacement Of Central Heating With Replacement Of Radiators; B) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures; C) Execution Of Plaster; D) Painting The Walls; E) Replacing Window Sills; F) Construction Of Covers For Radiators; G) Construction Of A New Lightning Protection System; 13) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water14) Ventilation15) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On A System Support Structure Along With An Energy Storage System16) At Each Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Compliance With The Document Compliance Of Projects Financed From European Union Funds, Including Those Implemented Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm - The Principle Dnsh Manual For The Beneficiary,17) Execution Of The Contract In Full Compliance With The Technical Guidelines For The Application Of The Do No Serious Damage Principle Pursuant To The Regulation Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility2021/C 58/01;18) Preparation Of A Pre-Demolition Audit And A List Of Waste That May Be Generated During The Implementation Of The Works Necessary For Preparation Of The As-Built Report Referred To In Point 19);19) Preparation Of An As-Built Report Containing Information On The Implementation Of Works Taking Into Account The Dnsh Principles.
