The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of An Energy/Cooling Storage Facility Using Phase Change With Heat Pumps, Installation Of Hybrid Pvt Panels And A Control System2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out All Activities Necessary To Execute, Launch And Commission A Fully Operational System, Including: 2.1. Installation Of The Heat Source And Engine Room Equipment: A) Installation Of A Cascade Of Two Glycol-Water Heat Pumps, B) Installation Of Buffer Tanks For The Heating And Cooling Installation And Tanks For The Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water (Cw), C) Construction Of Complete Technological Piping Along With The Installation Of Circulation Pumps, Cut-Off, Regulating, Safety And Measuring Fittings; 2.2. In The Scope Of Construction Of Seasonal Energy/Cold Storage: Installation Of An Internal System Of Heat Absorbers In The Form Of Capillary Mats;2.3. Installation Of A Ground Source Regeneration System: A) Installation Of A Field Of Hybrid Photovoltaic-Thermal Panels (Pvt) On The Roof Of The Building Along With A Supporting Structure, B) Connection Of A Heating Node Powered By The Municipal Heating Network, Performing A Supporting Function;2.4. Execution Of External And Internal Hydraulic Installations: A) Installation Of Polyethylene (Pehd) Supply Pipelines In The Ground, Galvanized Steel Pipelines In A Pressed System Within The Engine Room And To Pvt Collectors And Polypropylene (Pp-R) Pipelines To The Heating Station, Construction Of Approximately 1 M Of Pipeline Between The Tank Ice Warehouse And The Building;B) Filling The Installation With A Water Solution Of Glycol, Rinsing, Venting And Conducting Tightness Tests;2.5. Accompanying And Finishing Works: A) Delivery Of An Automatic Hot Water Control System. And Central Heating, Including The Mpec Connection, Heat Pumps, Heat Storage And Pvt Panels, B) Thermal And Anti-Dew Insulation Of Pipelines, C) Backfilling And Restoration Of The Area After Completion Of Earthworks, D) Laying An Underground Warning And Location Tape.
